Top Dog Cleanup is owned by Barry & Scott Schwartz.  We reside in Salem, Ohio.  We have owned numerous dogs throughout the years and felt there was a need for our service.  We started this company in hopes of making the lives of dog owners a little less stressful and a whole lot cleaner!
